Therapy for Men
A space for men, husbands and fathers.
A Space Built for You
Maybe this wasn’t even your idea—and that’s okay.
Someone might have nudged you here, or maybe a quiet part of you knows something isn’t working the way it used to.
On the outside, your life looks solid. You work hard, you show up, you carry a lot. But inside, something feels off. You’re tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and the moments you look forward to most are the ones where no one needs anything from you. Even then, the relief doesn’t last.
You’re the provider, the steady one, the problem-solver.
You handle it because you have to.
And you don’t want to burden anyone by saying how heavy things feel.
But carrying everything alone comes with a cost—loneliness, frustration, and a growing sense that you’re not fully living your life.
Therapy isn’t about blaming you or tearing things apart.
It’s about giving you a place to slow down, understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and learn new ways to handle stress, relationships, and the pressure you’ve been carrying.
You don’t have to do it alone.
There’s a different way forward—one that’s more connected, more grounded, and more true to who you are.
Let’s start there.
We will start each session with three deep breaths together as a way to signal the start of the session.
From there, I will ask what you would like to focus on during your time. You are welcome to bring ideas, or I am trained to guide you as we navigate the work together. I understand sometimes we don’t quite know “what to do” in therapy, and that’s okay - I can help with that.
You just focus on being as open and honest as you are able - no need to put too much pressure on yourself. At the end of the session, I will ask you if there is anything that stands out, or if there are any takeaways for you from our time together.
That’s it!
Over time, you will build self-awareness, recognize patterns, and identify new solutions to help you navigate life’s challenges more easily and efficiently.

I’ve found that much of the therapeutic landscape is centered around helping women. which is needed, but I found myself wondering - what about men?
As a result, I chose to carve out a space where men can be introspective and focus on themselves while receiving empathy, support and feedback.
